Looking for a flexible role with real responsibility and progression?

We’re seeking a proactive, highly capable professional to manage luxury event enquiries and support the day-to-day operations of two growing brands. This is a hands-on, remote role for someone who takes ownership, works efficiently, and delivers a consistently high standard without needing constant direction.

The Role

You’ll manage event enquiries from first contact through to booking, acting as the key link between clients, venues, and internal teams. Alongside this, you’ll support marketing activity and provide organisational support to the directors.

A varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys being relied upon and making things happen.

Key Responsibilities

Manage event enquiries end-to-end
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings through clear, professional communication
Liaise with clients, venues, and partners to ensure a seamless experience
Handle incoming emails, calls, and client requests efficiently
Support directors with diary management, meetings, and site visits
Coordinate marketing schedules and campaign activity
Maintain organised systems, CRM, templates, and internal documentation

About You

Highly organised, proactive, and dependable
Clear and professional communicator (written and verbal)
Able to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
Experience in events, administration, office management, or marketing
Confident with Google Workspace, MS Office, and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)

WordPress or Photoshop experience is a bonus, not essential.

Hours & Flexibility

20 hours per week (flexible)
Remote, Monday to Friday
Typically 4–5 hours per day, with flexibility on timing
